Abstract:
The article considers viewpoints of different scientists on patterns of emerging crisis situations in different periods of existence of small businesses. The author defines crisis points in the course of developing small businesses, the ways to overcome them and gives to the readers judgment a regional mechanism for supporting small businesses during the crisis, the one was developed by the author.
