Abstract:
Bringing a new product to a market involves the creation of new promotion ideas and their implementation with a maximum mobility and speed. Being ahead of the competition is the key success factor in the most markets. However there is another way for achieving a stable and long-term competitive advantage in the market - application of a tried business process, which clearly
determines all actions and their interrelations when bringing the product in the market. These questions are discussed in the article.
