Abstract:
Owing to historically shaped principles, city-forming companies participate in financing of social projects in development regions. Implementation of such projects improves investment attractiveness of the territories. In today's difficult economic situation it is a well-developed infrastructure that attracts workforce to the oil and gas producing provinces and contributes to the economic potential growth of the backbone economic entities themselves.
