Abstract:
The paper presents a novel approach to assessing efficiency of intrafirm planning based on a comparison of the organizational planning costs and results of such planning. The authors describe allocation of the result to the two components: profits from attracting resources and profits from management. They consider the ways of determining the share of intrafirm planning in the management component of the profits.
