Abstract:
Public and Private Partnership is the interaction between the government and the business when solving socially significant problems on mutually beneficial terms. Modern Public and Private Partnership has a fairly wide range of different forms. According to foreign and domestic experience, the most advanced and complex form of partnership is a concession.
