Abstract:
At present, the selection of staff is one of the most important and critical areas of personnel work for any company. Skills and abilities of employees determine the success of the company in the market and its competitiveness. We describe the most important selection methods used in modern practice, personnel management, analyze their advantages and disadvantages.
