Abstract:
The article reveals the main distinctive characteristics of the era of the digitalization and the Fourth Industrial Revolution. Key demands on personnel competences and prevailing competence models in the era of digitalization and Industry 4.0 are reviewed. The author provides the competence model containing five sorts of competences applying to the organizations of any kind of activity.
