Abstract:
The assessment of the theoretical effectiveness of the project approach in public administration through the development of the knowledge-based sectors aimed at accelerated economic development is under consideration in this article. Modeling of the project approach through the Solow classical model of economic growth showed that the targeted development of knowledge-based sectors of the economy theoretically allows providing a scope for the economic growth of the national economy. This article also provides an analysis of measures of national planning of public policy in the form of national projects and federal programs.
