Abstract:
The article discusses an approach to determining the level of perception of innovation processes in the regions. It gives the author's interpretation of the concept of innovation susceptibility. Based on the analysis of statistical data and review of the regional regulatory framework proposed a list of items used in constructing the rankings of innovation susceptibility.
