Abstract:
The purpose of the article is to examine the patterns and new trends in the formation of professional competencies of students in the professions of the future. The relevance of the topic of the article is due to the following. Currently, the main factor that ensures the development of human potential in the Russian Federation is the quality of the educational process. The education system should be in full compliance with the needs of society, and at the same time, a modern market society requires from specialists not only the availability of theoretical knowledge, but also the willingness to actively work in practice, quickly adapt to changing conditions in the labor market. Materials and methods. The methodological basis of this article is the regulatory documents in the sphere of labor market regulation in the Russian Federation, as well as open analytical materials on key aspects of the labor market. The work used methods such as analysis and synthesis, systematization and comparison Results. As a result of the study, the main regularities and new trends in the formation of professional competencies of students in future professions were highlighted. Conclusions. It can be concluded that in the future the following competencies will be the most relevant: systems thinking, inter-sectoral communication, project and process management, working with IT systems, customer focus, working with people and teamwork, working in conditions of uncertainty, multiculturalism and openness, awareness, communication.
