Digital ecosystems and economic complexity of the region as factors of innovative development

Abstract:
The issues related to the formation of the digital ecosystem of coal mining enterprises in the framework of the world project "industry 4.0" taking into account the index of economic complexity of the region are discussed. It is proved that prospects of innovative development of the coal-mining region are connected with its export orientation and diversification of economy, its complication. The use of digital technologies significantly reduces the time spent on production operations and optimizes the management of the value chain as a whole. The growth of the economic complexity index of the region and the development of digital technologies in management and production contribute to the competitiveness of coal mining enterprises of Kuzbass and innovation of the regional economy.
