Abstract:
The article presents the results of a study devoted to the analysis of statistical methods of research of management systems of state educational organizations implementing the main professional educational programs of higher education. It is shown that the existing system of evaluating the effectiveness of higher education is not effective, because it uses the median values as the threshold values of the parameters. It is proposed to use the indicators of international rankings as the main criteria for assessing the effectiveness of higher education institutions.
