Abstract:
The article proves that today there is a clear discrepancy between the decisions taken and the regulations of the regulations that oblige the authorities to take measures aimed at stimulating entrepreneurship and increasing interest in running a private business. Measures for effective use of various forms of social and economic adaptation of the population to modern conditions are proposed.
