Abstract:
The proposed article presents the results of a study aimed at studying the problems of perception by different generations of changes in society associated with the introduction of digital technologies. On the basis of a review of a number of statistical data and scientific and theoretical generalizations, conclusions are made about the need for adaptation measures in the socio-economic sphere in the transition to the digital economy. In the context of the transformation of values in society, due to the new format of the economic environment, in intergenerational relations, there are risks associated with different degrees of perception of future changes and difficulties of socialization. The economic review of the current situation presented in this paper allowed to identify the main causes of the alleged occurrence of social conflicts between generations arising on the basis of the development of modern information technologies, which can lead to serious socio-economic problems. The conclusions made by the authors of the article will allow to actualize the attention to the most obvious intergenerational contradictions, the emphasis on overcoming which will allow to avoid tension in society and the emergence of crisis situations of a social nature.
