Abstract:
Purpose: on the basis of modern research, consider the formation of professional competencies in health care workers and their impact on the process of improving the quality of services. Materials and methods: the methodological basis of this article is the research in the field of professional competence formation among employees of medical institutions in the context of improving the quality of services. In this article, applied methods such as analysis and synthesis, systematization and comparison. Results: this article defines the role and importance of the quality of medical services at a given point in time, as well as identifies the role of the formation of professional competencies among employees of medical institutions as the basis for improving the quality of services. Conclusions: at the moment, the development of quality services of medical organizations is one of the main conditions for successful economic development and competitiveness in the market. And one of the conditions for improving the quality of services of medical institutions is advanced training of medical personnel. That is, it can be stated that with increasing qualifications of medical personnel, the quality of medical services provided increases. At the same time, it can be stated that for any state the health care system is one of the most important social institutions in the state, since the health of its citizens directly depends on the quality of its work. Application: the findings and results of the study can be used in the formation of professional competencies among employees of medical institutions.
