Abstract:
Purpose: to date, studies are of great relevance, which are oriented towards the practice of improving the level of professional potential of employees of organizations of different forms of ownership. For domestic enterprises in the context of globalization, the importance of staff development is particularly relevant: the existing backlog in most technological, logistical and financial indicators is burdened by the fact that the devaluation of the social value of labor has led to a sharp decline in the level of professional preparedness of personnel. The foregoing, the review of the methodology for the formation of a market mechanism for managing the processes of improving the level of professional capacity of employees is actualized. Materials and methods: during the research, the main sources of the initial data were data from the Federal State Statistics Service, legislative and regulatory acts, fundamental and applied works of authoritative scientists in the field of research. The research is based on theoretical methods of scientific knowledge, in particular, the use of methods of synthesis and deduction, as well as methods of empirical cognition. Results: outlines the main areas of work to improve the level of professional capacity of employees, as a factor in increasing the efficiency of work and the intellectual component of the educational organization. Conclusions: modern enterprises are forced not just to adapt to the new economic conditions of management, but also to function within the rapidly changing environment and the most intense competition. To improve the competitiveness of the complex and its innovative restructuring, highly skilled personnel are needed to perform these tasks.
