Abstract:
Currently, there is a clear relationship between imbalance energy value of food with the species structure of food consumption. To clarify this relationship and assessment of the level of consumption of basic foodstuffs, necessary to conduct their evaluation. Analysis of activity of authorities of various countries in the solution of this problem shows that the indicators of level of living, including food security, optimal nutrition, which is closely related to the overall level of socio-economic development of the country and regions.
