Abstract:
The development of national power sector is coupled with key features of the innovative paradigm. It dwells upon the transformation of the commercial infrastructure and underpins a permanent improvement of economic mechanisms and legal frameworks. The article touches upon the issue of the market model transition and specifies the transformation prospects in the context of digitalization and modernization. At the same time, it is underlined that there is a fragmented approach to defining policies, processes and priorities. This excludes the possibility of making unilateral financial decisions.
