Abstract:
The development and implementation of progressive technologies of enterprise management is a radical transformation of the modern system of personnel management of an organization, therefore, when forming this structure, one should take into account the successful experience of the largest companies in the national economy. This article discusses the features of the development of the personnel management system in PJSC TATNEFT, which is the largest enterprise in the fuel and energy complex (FEC) of Tatarstan. The article proposed a methodology for assessing the effectiveness of the personnel management system in organizations of the fuel and energy complex and a model for organizing it. The proposed methodology is based on the calculation of analytical indicators, which makes the results of these calculations relevant and reliably reflect the current efficiency of the enterprise in the context of the main management subsystems. This allows you to make informed and appropriate strategic, tactical or operational decisions in order to further potentiate the growth of production efficiency, maximize economic and other benefits.
