Abstract:
The article deals with the issues of creating supply chains of products by a large manufacturer, which operates on the Russian market "Nestlé Russia". This manufacturer forms a distribution chain of products, primarily through distributors, which determine which territorial logistics sites will be implemented, storage and where the products will be delivered. Particular attention is paid to the transport and storage cost components in determining the location of the distribution center.
