Abstract:
The article presents the results of a study of the attitude of Perm residents to the possibility of using Internet Commerce in the acquisition of goods and services. Positive trends in online trading have been identified among all segments of the population, in particular among older persons, who are usually wary of any innovations. The results obtained in the regional market indicate changes in the development of stationary retailers. Perm on the Internet, increasing the activity of buyers in the use of enterprise sites, expanding the possibilities of regional trade in the struggle for the buyer.
