Private-public partnership in health care and directions of its development

Abstract:
The role of government funding today in Russia comes down to support to the social sector, but not to full responsibility for it. Changes of sources of health financing and the increasing role of private sector's investments are common in most countries. Top countries on health efficiency implement private-public partnership projects. There is a significant increase in health care spending. Most spread models BTO, DBFO, BOO, BOOT, BOLB. This article provides examples private-public partnership projects in Russia and abroad.
