Abstract:
The list of issues of food security of the country increases with new points every year. The solution of the problem of providing the population with high protein food products has become especially important against the background of the sanction policy and implementation of the import phase-out concept. One of the directions of effective solution of this task is to increase the scale of production of soybeans and products of its processing. The purpose of writing the article is to develop a complex of problems that inhibit the increase of soybean production by domestic agriculture, as well as the search for directions of their cupping. The scientific article analyzes the dynamics of the world market of soybeans, as well as the ability of Russian producers to increase production volumes, both for domestic consumption and for export in conditions of growing global competition. In achievement of the set goal, the aspects connected with dynamics of development of the world market of soybeans are investigated, taking into account the indicators of sowing areas, yield, price and possibilities of increasing production volumes. The regularities of development of the domestic soybean market within the framework of the import phase-out concept in solving the problems of food security are revealed. In scientific work, it is suggested to consider the effective variant of development of vegetable business symbiosis of interests of the State, regions and private business on increase of volumes of production of soybeans. As a conclusion the proposal on necessity of realization of strategic concepts taking into account the results of the research of structure and interrelations of arising economic relations in the branch, forming between participants of production process and market.
