Abstract:
In the article the questions of crediting of the enterprises of agrarian and industrial complex, on the basis of the subsidized credits are considered. Unequal distribution of subsidies between micro and macro enterprises causes many complaints from the leaders of the agricultural sector of the economy. Since 2017, the Russian Ministry of Agriculture has changed the rules for distributing subsidies, allocating a specific portion of subsidies to small agricultural producers. Instead of reimbursement for interest payments, the state offered preferential loans. But there were problems with obtaining privileges for loans from quite large enterprises, since the proposed limits were insufficient for the enterprise, and the money allocated for lending was quickly mastered. The authors analyzed the state support of agro-industrial enterprises from the federal budget, and gave recommendations on the allocation of loans to farmers.
