Аннотация:
Описано деструктивное влияние эффекта «иллюзорности» рынка труда в процессе описания резюме кандидатов на онлайн платформе. Изучена имеющаяся российская и зарубежная практика представления ложной или частично искаженной информации кандидатами в резюме на онлайн платформах с целью увеличить свою конкурентоспособность при трудоустройстве. Подготовлен обзор статистики об «иллюзорности» (фальсификации) образования кандидата на рынке труда в digital экономике во всем мире. Определено, как ИКТ технологии влияют как на создание эффекта «иллюзорности» так на его нивелирование с использованием анализа BigData.
Раскрыты проявления разнообразных сервисов фальсификации: интернет сервисов по созданию фальсифицированного резюме, как комплексного digital продукта с необходимыми гиперссылками, подтверждающей документацией, общением с рекомендующим, «фабрики дипломов». Обозначена проблематика изменения восприятия безопасности, трансформации ценностей под воздействием цифровых технологий. Выделены типы «иллюзии образования»: «полностью скрытая иллюзия образования», «документарная иллюзия образования», «открытая иллюзия образования». Определены стратегии создания резюме кандидата в digital экономике: стратегия предоставления в резюме только объективных данных, стратегия частичного искажения и предоставления неполных данных, стратегия создания «иллюзорного резюме».

Abstract:
The article describes the destructive effect of the labor market "illusory" effect in the process of describing candidates ' resumes on the online platform. The existing Russian and foreign practice of providing false or partially distorted information by candidates for resumes on online platforms in order to increase their competitiveness in employment has been studied. A review of statistics on the "illusory" (falsification) education of the candidate in the labor market in the digital economy around the world. It is defined how ICT technologies affect both the creation of the effect of "illusory" and its leveling using BigData analysis. Disclosed the manifestations of the various services fraud: Internet services for the creation of a counterfeit summary as an integrated digital product, with the necessary hyperlinks, supporting documentation, communication with recommending, "factory of diplomas". The problems of changing the perception of security, transformation of values under the influence of digital technologies are outlined. Selected types of "illusions of education": "the latent illusion of education", "documentary illusion of education," "open the illusion of education." The strategies of creating a resume of the candidate in the digital economy are defined: the strategy of providing only objective data in the resume, the strategy of partial distortion and incomplete data, the strategy of creating an "illusory resume".
