Abstract:
The article is devoted to the creation of a normative form of a structural model of regional logistics cluster and to its comparison with a classic model. The article describes in detail the distinctive features of these types of models. We consider the components of organizational structure model for the regional logistics cluster which include norms and standards applied in logistics activities and factors describing specific regional characteristics. We reveal fundamentals of cluster creating, its participants and service consumers. We suggest a three-level cluster management system and an organizational structure that has features of the divisional and matrix structure types. We present the regional logistics cluster management scheme, which involves a number of departments, and we describe the functions performed by these departments.
