Abstract:
Additional services at a warehouse are an important competitive advantage, but rendering these services requires individual approach and can result in additional costs. Individualized services are usually rendered as a project because they have both financial and time limits. The paper considers a project of forming gift sets in group packaging and compares 4 alternatives of organization of cargo handling of the formed orders. The authors calculate the costs for each alternative project and provide organization charts of cargo handling in project activity. The research results can be used when dealing with similar order formation projects requiring special packaging, and can serve as a starting point for further research of information and legal aspects of agents’ relations.
