Аннотация:
Основной целью проведенного исследования являлось выявление наиболее важных для респондентов аспектов, связанных с из безопасностью в процессе трудовой деятельности. Также был проведен анализ причин, по которым одинаковые меры повышения безопасности эффективны на одном предприятии и не приводят к необходимому результату на другом. Иными словами, мы ставили перед собой задачу выявить и сформулировать «критерии успешности» культуры безопасности, которые могут оказать содействие работодателям в сокращении издержек, связанных производственным травматизмом, а также, что является самым важным, в сохранении здоровья и жизни персонала.

Abstract:
The main purpose of the study is to identify the most important aspects for the respondents related to security in the workplace. We also analyze reasons for which the same security enhancement measures are effective at one enterprise and do not have the intended effect at another enterprise. In other words, we set ourselves the task to identify and draw the "safety criteria" for a safety culture that can help employers reduce the costs related to occupational injuries, and, most importantly, to preserve the health and life of staff.
