Abstract:
The article analyzes the possibilities of using innovations in the staff management system. We identify the target settings for the staff training system of the enterprise. We systematize and characterize the levels of development of skills and abilities of company’s staff during training process. We study in detail the main stages of the introduction of the curriculum at the enterprise. The authors pay attention to the methodological aspects of the efficiency assessment of staff management system at the enterprise, and systematize the indicators of efficiency assessment of staff innovations. Achievement of the planned tactical and strategic goals of the organization, according to the authors, is possible through the development and effective implementation of human capital accumulated as a result of the implementation of training programs.
