Abstract:
The article deals with the export policy of the tobacco multinationals. Export policy is the fundamental direction of the development of the tobacco industry around the world. The reasons of uneven development are identified. They affect the trends in the production process. The data of the Russian export of tobacco products in value and physical terms are presented and analyzed. The optimization policy of tobacco portfolio brands is described. This policy helps to expand production by reducing the management cost. The profitability of the company will increase, it will free up resources to promote brands that are in demand among full-grown consumers.
