Abstract:
The article explains the importance of applying the main tools of risk management in the public sector. We mark out the basic problems of Russian budget risk management. We also assess budget risks of the government program “Management of public finances and public debt of the Republic of Bashkortostan” in two areas: the calculation of overall risk of program failure and assessment of local financial risks.
