Abstract:
The article presents the characteristics of participants of social partnership at the present stage of social development. We show the leading role of the state in the process of negotiation, the decrease or lack of trade unions’ and insufficient number of employers’ associations. We suggest to accelerate the development of social partnership. The article will be of interest to researchers engaged in regulation of social and labor relations on the principles of social partnership.
