Abstract:
The issue of interaction between power and business structures has been developing for a long time by Russian and foreign scientists. Political scientists defend the position of such interaction from the point of view of power - "business should". Economists share the opinion of business - "the government should." Sociologists think of a social responsibility of both sides. The article considers the genesis of the formation of approaches to the definition of concepts of the imperious and business structure and historically established models of their interaction. The author suggests his approach to the definition of the concept "power structure", "business structure", "interaction between power and business structures." We summarize the methodical approaches to the definition of the essence of interaction between power and business structures. We suggest the author’s view on the mechanism of interaction between power and business structures based on the pursuit of economic interests. In the economic interests we may see the economic necessity of satisfying needs, which is the ultimate goal of the development of any economic system.
