Abstract:
The article considers female and male business style. We note that the female model of doing business differs in its propensity to smooth conflicts, in the ability to see all the details at once and to combine several types of activities. We reveal the gender motivation of women to business. We assess the current state of female entrepreneurship and show the ways to eliminate the barrier that impedes the development of female entrepreneurship.
