Abstract:
The article contains algorithm, formulation and formalization of customs management tasks based on a unified model of foreign economic, trade and customs activities. We consider this model as the main component of customs management. The model aims to improve the efficiency of all activities at the expense of impact of all regulative factors. The Russia’s customs system development based on this model allows formation of customs managment adjustment mechanisms focused on efficiency and quality service improvement.
