Abstract:
The article focuses on tools of change management by the example of enterprises of printing industry. We present several directions of activities by which we analyze modern management tools. Management of modern printing companies is aimed at ensuring the consistency of logistics operations at all levels of interaction, coherence in work of production units and spheres.
