Abstract:
The paper describes the results of analysis of the effectiveness of personnel reserve usage during work with state-civil employees. The analysis was made on the base of 242 experts’ opinion received via anonymous online survey. We also propose a set of recommendations for improvement of effectiveness of this process in HR departments work in civil-service organizations.
