Abstract:
The paper deals with the aspects of leadership strategy and specifics of its realization by the company operating under the circumstances of economic crises as a part of economic cycle. Along with the severe competition and increasing uncertainty changes in the business environment are connected with the company’s perspective to occupy a market niche which is released by competitors. The case presents the experience of leadership strategy implementation that provides the organization with high potential for business growth in critical conditions.
