Abstract:
The article describes the problems and features of entrepreneurial potential formation at the Russian universities and abroad. This article provides an overview of the useful experience in creating entrepreneurial potential of the American and EU Universities, and analyses the problems and contradictions of the Russian universities. The article could be useful for professionals interested in the formation of the university entrepreneurial potential.
