Аннотация:
В статье рассматриваются специфические особенности процесса формирования стратегии АО «Объединенная двигателестроительная корпорация» («ОДК»). В качестве инструмента оптимизации стратегического управления ОДК предлагается внедрение системы сбалансированных показателей, в основе которых лежит частичный отказ от построения стратегических ориентиров на основе ретроспективного анализа исторических данных в пользу управления на основе инвестиционных ожиданий.

Abstract:
The author discusses the peculiarities of the process of strategy formation by AO “United Engine Corporation” (UEC). The instrument proposed for optimization of the strategic management of UEC is the introduction of a system of balanced indices based on partial refusal to create strategic targets on the basis of the retrospective analysis of historical data in favor of management on the basis of the investment expectations.
