Abstract:
The PEST-analysis of the effect of environmental factors on the activities of enterprises in the hospitality industry is provided in the article; it is based on a survey of managers of Rostov region organizations. As a result, we have identified the most important factors influencing the macro-environment, as well as provided recommendations to improve the interaction of these factors and their effect on the activities of enterprise structures of the hospitality industry.
