Abstract:
The article discusses the importance of pipeline transportation for the efficiency increase of oil and gas industry. The author identifies the place of a human operator in the ergatic system, solves the problem of creating an effective organization of work, securing increase in its productivity. The possibility of the use of a decision support system for the development of effective solutions of dispatching control by a human operator has been considered.
