Abstract:
The article presents the notion of the investment-construction complex. The author has analyzed the amount of investments in the main capital of the construction industry, as well as the structure of the sources of its funding in the Russian Federation and in the Republic of Tatarstan in 2014-2015. The performed research has enabled to make a conclusion on the necessity to apply public-private partnership to the relationships that form the investment-construction complex.
