Abstract:
The article describes theoretical aspects of the methodology for efficiency assessment of social processes in organization from the point of view of their qualitative characteristics. We consider one of the directions of efficiency assessment of management of social processes in the organization, namely, "the development of a corporate culture" and the expanded set of assessment criteria. We suggest to use the questionnaire “Organizational Culture Assessment Instrument” (OCAI) for monitoring the qualitative indicators of the organization’s corporate culture that affect social processes within the organization, since they determine the meaning and models of the activities and behavior of employees, regardless of their official position and responsibilities.
