Abstract:
Organization of the import phase-out process under conditions of the external economic pressure on the Russian Federation acquires the high priority nowadays for planning of the regional development. The article reviews the need in the phase-out of imported economic resources from the viewpoint of creation of the Pareto-optimal regional economic system. The method for calculated of the import component upon types of the economic activity is given. Calculations of the import share in the industrial system of Volgograd Region are made. The results obtained may be used for completion of regional development programs and organization of the import phase-out in different areas of the regional economic system.
