Abstract:
The article reviews issues of the effectiveness of various human resources management systems on the regional and the company levels. It is suggested to add the effect from risk prevention to traditionally measured types of effects. The quality of life index (based on the calculation of particular indices) is calculated on the regional level. This article is valuable for experts of HR services and managers of companies and may be useful for regional human resources management structures. The article shall represent the academic interest to the researchers in the field of the strategic human resources management.
