Abstract:
In this article, the authors, being directly engaged in the creation of the Labour Safety Rules, have attempted to prove the need to develop the new labour safety regulations and the update of the existing ones that are mandatory to all employers. The analysis of already taken, final and binding documents and the projects of documents that still undergo the preparatory registration stage allows the authors to detect the complications and issues that arise during the arrangement of the newly developed Labour Safety Rules in the Ministry of Labour and Social Security, the Ministry of Economic Development and the Ministry of Justice for the Russian Federation.
