Abstract:
The article shows the change in the role of the elements of the chain “product-technology-service” in the innovative activity of companies, determines models of links between elements, proves the role of the service as the managing element under modern condition, detects factors that have the effect on the level of the service. The article is aimed to development directors of companies, experts in the area of the innovative activity and business, marketing specialists and economists.
