Abstract:
The article reflects the results of an analytical research of approaches to such definitions as “innovation activities of an enterprise”, “innovation activity of a person” and “innovation activities of an organization”. It has been established that in 90-95% of cases these definitions reflect static, not a dynamic processes. Thereat, the references are made to the description of expectations mainly, not practical results from the innovational activities. The developed model describing the unity and coordination of the innovation processes of transformations in organizations enables to take into account (integrally) the possibility of managing the efficiency of innovational projects implementation and support of output of products that have become traditional.
