Collective entrepreneurship in Russia: on the issue of organizational and economic measures to support formation and development

Abstract:
The article demonstrates the need for the development of the main economic entities of the collective entrepreneurship, namely: employee-owned joint-stock companies and producers' cooperatives. It has been substantiated that the collective entrepreneurship development in Russia requires implementation of the respective organizational and economic measures to support the formation and development of collective enterprises: state support, creation of the support structures for the collective entrepreneurship, organization of the enterprises’ work on the basis of democratic principles.
